THE FOUNDER:
Abbie Lee Roehm's architectural pursuit began by receiving a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. Additionally she studied abroad at Temple University in Rome, Italy. During her time in Italy she was inspired by the innovation, timelessness, and beauty of centuries worth of Architecture. Abbie Lee has been practicing architecture over the past 19 years. Prior to starting Paces and Roehm Architecture she worked in New York City and Atlanta, Georgia. Her experience led her to work on a broad range of projects from U.S. Embassies, The 911 Memorial Museum, Luxury Apartments, and high-end custom residential work. She has completed projects in Chapel Hill, NC; Key West, FL; Charleston, SC; Cary, NC; Geneva, Switzerland; New Haven, CT; Manhattan. NY, and Paris France.

Riley Atkinson- Project Architect
Riley is a Kent State University graduate with a BArch and MArch, is a passionate architect specializing in residential design. Fueled by the creative liberties of the profession, they relish exploring diverse styles to craft unique spaces. Beyond architecture, Riley enjoys morning runs and the art of cooking for others, embodying a well-rounded approach to both professional and personal pursuits.
Jordan Becker-Interior Designer
Jordan is a graduate of the Master of Fine Arts program in Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design, finds joy in helping clients bring to life living spaces that effortlessly combine functionality with beauty. Having recently relocated to the welcoming Triangle area with a loving husband and two delightful fluffy cats, Jordan brings a warm and personalized touch to their design approach, creating environments that reflect both practicality and aesthetic charm.
Kathryn Mathews
Kathryn is a residential designer with a BArch from UNC Charlotte and MS in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Her academic and professional experiences fostered a deep appreciation for humanistic design and the importance of integrating architecture with the natural environment through site specific solutions. Outside the office Kat enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and exploring the Triangle's food scene.
